Mr. Remissa Kandoh: CEO of All-Mercy Psychiatry & lntegrative Care.

Remissa is a highly successful Director of Nursing, with over 15+ years of experience working in the Healthcare field and as a top-ranking Nursing Leader across different sectors to improve health and wellbeing with an impressive track record of performance in health care settings.

He has a strong background in nursing, along with a comprehensive understanding of patient care, clinical operations, and health care administration.

Remissa oversaw nursing department operations, leading facility from one-star to five-star designation. Streamlined operational management for improved efficiency.

He is an excellent communicator with top-notch conflict resolution skills.

He prides himself on his ability to remain calm and competent in high-pressure situations.

Hobbies: Loves sports and fitness, Enjoys trying new things, open minded. Currently playing football with friends but often watches most.

Founder

Mercy Ngeusang: Board-Certified Psychiatric Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. (DNP), PMHNP, MSN, BSN, ADN.

She is inspired by the limited awareness and resources in navigating mental health crises in the world as a whole, especially many third world countries.

She dedicates her time to study different symptoms and behaviors to attain an individualistic conclusion of the issues faced by her patients.

Mercy Ngeusang, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), PMHNP, MSN, BSN, ADN.


Among other awards and recognitions, she belongs to the Honor Society of Leadership and Success.

She participates in different associations / organizations in representing the vulnerable and minorities with mental disabilities.

In her leisure time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Jeneba Sheriff: Board-Certified PMHNP. She has been at the forefront of delivering inclusive and empathic psychiatric nursing care, including treating variety of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, disordered eating, addictions and providing care.

Jeneba's passion lies in offering care tailored to your unique needs, all within a nurturing, safe & non-judgmental space.

Her approach to mental health follows a holistic and wellness model. I believe each individual is unique and aim to preserve that uniqueness when comprising a treatment plan.

One of the most important factors in treatment is comprising the treatment plan together with a shared decision making model. My goal is to help sustain mental wellness over the course of life so that you can live in your most authentic way.
