Here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
Yes. We see children (ages 5+), teens, and adults. Availability may vary depending on the provider and location.

Yes. We serve patients ages 5 and up. Teen visits include a balance of privacy and parent involvement, based on developmental needs.
We are open weekdays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

No. We welcome all backgrounds. Faith may be included in care only if you request it.
Yes. These sessions focus on improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and achieving shared goals.
No. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911. For emotional support at any time, call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Fees for initial evaluations are personalized and vary depending on your needs.

You can request refills during your session, through your provider, or via our Contact Portal.
Yes, when clinically appropriate and safe. These require careful monitoring, additional assessments, and regular appointments. Early refills are not permitted.
Call us during business hours or send us a message. For severe side effects (difficulty breathing, chest pain, suicidal thoughts), call 911 or 988 immediately.
Please bring your ID, insurance card, medication list, prior medical records (if available), and completed intake forms.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late (up to 24 minutes), you may need to reschedule to respect others’ time.

Yes. We strictly follow HIPAA privacy rules. Your information is only shared with your consent or when required by law to protect safety.

It depends on your needs. Many patients start with visits every 2–4 weeks, with frequency adjusted over time.
Not always. Some benefit from therapy alone, others from medication, or a combination. We’ll design a plan together.
We set goals collaboratively and may use questionnaires to track symptoms. Plans are reviewed regularly.
A good provider fit is important. If needed, we can help you switch providers within our practice.
Yes, with your written consent. We’re happy to coordinate care at your request.
We respect teen privacy while involving families appropriately. Boundaries are explained at the first visit and follow state laws.
